Joan and Paul (J&P) were a blessing in our search of finding our dream house. J&P's professional approach is quite rarity these days; they gave you a sense of trust, security, and you were 100% confident that your best interest was their top priority. J&P always did the research and vetted each of the homes, so whenever we met up, they would provide a synopsis of each home even before arriving. J&P were both really good on following up with answers on questions and concerns on a viewed home that we may have had (ie: J&P would go to the town office to get answers on property environmental restrictions, private road clarity, etc). J&P's professionalism and client first mentality goes above what many first time/seasoned home buyers and sellers may expect. I stress this because the real estate agents that we dealt with prior to J&P through the automated referral options offered by Zillow and Trulia were the complete opposite. Joan and Paul (J&P) were a blessing in our search of finding our dream house. J&Ps professional approach is quite rarity these days; they gave you a sense of trust, security, and you were 100% confident that your best interest was their top priority. One day after our initial meet and greet phone conversation, J&P provided us with a list of homes that took into consideration all the details and preferences to what we were looking for; prior agents via Zillow/Trulia would simply ask us aEURoelet me know if there is a place you may want to seeaEUR?.While we were not successful in finding that dream home immediately (4-5 months?), J&P constantly followed up with us to see how we were doing and at the same time providing new listings for us to consider. On days we would meet to view homes, they were always mindful of our schedule and traveling (traveled from Brooklyn); they were very well organized with the appropriate time slots scheduled and there was always a list of homes for us to view each time we made our way out east. In addition to the organization; J&P always did the research and vetted each of the homes, so whenever we met up, they would provide a synopsis of each home even before arriving. J&P were both really good on following up with answers on questions and concerns on a viewed home that we may have had (ie: J&P would go to the town office to get answers on property environmental restrictions, private road clarity, etc).
