Just as I expected from our first encounter a few years back in 2014, there is no other realtor I could imagine using who would truly lookout for my best interest every step of the way. Contact and information is always immediate, and an honest opinion during the home buying/selling process is second to none. I can admit that I can be a picky buyer and client, as I believe everyone should, since most of us are making some of the biggest financial commitments in our lives and Paul is always there at the drop of a hat to aid in anything. Especially with todays market of limited inventory to high buyer ratios, we had to move fast on anything we had interest in and Paul always got us into a showing within a day or less even. All documents on his end are extremely easy to utilize online using e-signature and review. Though I do not anticipate going through another home-buying/selling process in the near future, I will be recommending Mr. Prisco to any colleague, family member, or friend that is thinking about getting into a potential buy/sell market for their home.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Paul in the fall of 2013 as a first time home buyer with little idea of what to expect in the buying process. He guided us through everything and we closed on our first home by the end of the year. Paul treated us like we were the most important customer he had and like we were buying a million dollar home, even if it was a $210k starter home. He fought for us, having mold removed, and making sure it was done right. Fast forward 4 years, another kid, and two dogs and we needed to move on. We called Paul and and had him come over to check out our house. Not only did he tell us what needed to be done, he came over with a trimmer and chainsaw and helped clear a tree and weeds. He helped set the house up for pictures, and hired a professional which helped sell the house online. He did two open houses for us, when it came time to negotiate offers, he predicted exactly how it would happen. When I was ready to jump at the first low offer he calmed me down and a day later we had one at asking price. We are lucky enough to purchase my inlaws home, but before we decided on this house Paul showed us houses from Hanson to Plymouth without hesitation. Once again he treated us like the most important customer her had. I cant recommend him enough. Hes honest, hardworking, and and knows the local market.
