P.J. found our first home one month before our first baby was born. We had just moved to N.J. 1 month prior. He was so kind and helpful, never pushy. He was upfront and honest. When it came time to sell our home, due to a move across the country, he recommended updates or changes we should make before listing. We received an offer (above listing price) 2 days after showing the home and we were under contract on day 6 after. P.J. is awesome! Definitely recommend!
