I live out-of-state, and did not know where to turn in the Greater Cleveland area for realty assistance. I received an advertisement from The Paratto Team; although I typically am not a big fan of direct market mailings, the services they offered sounded like just what I needed. I checked out their website, which was nicely done, and decided to contact their office.From that initial contact and throughout the sales process, Dominic and the Paratto Team provided thorough and professional realty services. They made referrals to several service professionals who were able to assist me in needed repairs to the house, as well as a service that would clear out the remaining 60 years of accumulated contents. Their office has fully embraced current technology, and I was able to e-sign all the requisite paperwork, and follow all showings and buyer comments online. I was able to get the house on the market without making a single trip to Cleveland to facilitate the process.Despite the house being in need of many cosmetic updates, I accepted an offer at the list price within 10 days of listing, which led to a successful sale. Dominic and his team kept me apprised of the progress throughout the process. I could not have been more pleased with their professionalism, and I completely attribute the quick sale at a very acceptable price to their marketing savvy. ZillowVERIFIED I had gone through the Paratto team trying to buy a home even though I had heard that they only like to work with people preapproved with higher loan (300k- 500k) amounts ( I had been first time buyer approved for 150k at the age of 21). The agent they sent to meet me couldnt make it and never let me know so I was waiting in the driveway of this property that the owners still lived in. Paul Paratto himself showed up and showed me the home he seemed friendly and did apologize for the other guy not showing up. After explaining my needs to him he said he would put me in touch with his son to personally make sure my needs were met and that theyd help me find a home. I was called later and talked to a rushed son on the phone who clearly wasnt paying attention to my case and promised to call me back (even though he called me) at a better time and in the meantime he would send me some listings.Unsurprisingly I never received a call back nor did I receive any listings. Paul himself never checked back in after assuring me that they would personally see to it that my family would be in good hands. All in all I wouldnt recommend any of the Paratto team or family members.

ZillowVERIFIED Paul came to my house and estimated it's value, a number that I really liked. I was under the impression that he was familiar with Mentor, but apparently this was not the case. A week later I signed on with him but the asking price was 5% lower. The price got reduced 2 more times. I missed out on a prime selling window and eventually the house sold for about 12% less than the original estimate. He did not return my call when I needed to discuss an offer, and possibly as a result of that the offer fell through. His team failed to return emails in a timely fashion and sometimes not at all. Then, get this--an interoffice email accidentally got forwarded to me. Apparently it is fun to mock your clients.

He was the only agent who gave me very doable suggestions to fix prior to listing the house. All of the agents had very similar price points for the listing. We had our first offer in 4 days, which unfortunately fell through - but we had 3 more offers within one week of re-listing the home. Paul has a very large staff at hand, who are all well trained and very pleasant to deal with. My phone calls were always answered promptly and my issues were resolved quickly. I would recommend Paul and his team to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Paul his associates had an excellent "feel" about the Highland Heights real estate market and he suggested a realistic pricing strategy to sell the property quickly. It made sense to me, I bought into it, and he sold the property about eight weeks after the listing for a price that at the time (In early 2015) seemed very reasonable to me. After 13 years of occupancy the house and property did require some work and he suggested some tradesmen who did very good work at what I considered reasonable prices. If I had to do this again I would certainly request Paul and his associates to represent me.
