Paul was very knowledgeable about the market both in Statesville and in other areas and considerate of our timeline and limitations (we were moving 13 hours away--with pets--and had to coordinate selling, buying and moving our entire household long distance). One of the things I appreciated most about Paul was his methodical calmness. Even when we had a contract on our house but were still looking for one to move to, he was steady and responsive. Unlike some agents, he keeps drama, potential conflicts and worry to a minimum so that the entire experience right down to closing was a good experience for everyone.
