We live in Rocky Mount, NC and he lives in Goldsboro, NC where his office is located. Paul was helpful in every way. He answered the phone on weekends and evenings when the office was closed and was willing to drive from Goldsboro to show us properties located in the Rocky Mount area any day of the week, including Sunday. With my experience in home construction, he amazed me with his knowledge of what to look for during our walk through when showing us homes. Unfortunately the property was already under contract. But that didnt stop him. He asked me what I was looking for and I would get Daily emails with property listings. If we saw a property we were interested in Paul showed it to us promptly. He would answer calls/emails/text all hrs of the day. Eventually my husband and I found a house we loved. Paul was phenomenal in the closing process! After we moved into our new home we put our old home up for sale. Paul did such a great job finding our dream home that we decided to hire Paul to sell our old house. It was on the market for 1 day and we had multiple offers. Paul made a spread sheet on the different offers (which was great bc we had no clue what was going on!) we chose who was best for us and we closed on our house within 40 days!
