Review From 2014 -2017 Paul and his team worked to help my wife an I to sell two properties. Our primary residence in Sartell, and a rental property in Albertville (our first home). Additionally Paul helped my parents buy one property and sell two within that time period. With each transaction Paul provided top level service and knowledge of the market. He took time to answer our many questions and listened to our ideas, making him a great partner. One needs a great partner that can be trusted when dealing with these large transactions, that for some can be very stressful and daunting. Paul does a great job of laying out a plan and delivering. Paul has always been prompt to answer any related real estate questions, even when we are not in the market to make a transaction. He is a wealth of knowledge and is willing to go the extra mile to get answers and resources should they not be readily available.

Review We listed our Sartell home with Paul and he sold it after it was on the market for two days. After the closing we rented a place in the interim as our initial plans were to build new. After getting new construction sticker shock we reached out to Paul again to look for an existing home. We told Paul where and what type of house we were looking for and it didn't take him long to find one for us. During the whole process Paul was second to none regarding his professionalism, communication, accuracy, and attention to detail. He negotiated with the seller and helped us to purchase our home at a fair price. Review I was recommended to use Paul Morrison by a realtor from my hometown (I was not local to the St. Cloud area) since neither my realtor nor I were familiar with the St. Cloud market. I owned a rental home in St. Cloud, MN and was looking to sell back in 2013. I contacted Paul, he took care of the listing and all showings. After I listed it for 4 months with no good offers, I decided to keep the home and rent it out instead of selling. In mid-September, 2015 I once again contacted Paul about listing the home. Upon my very first phone call to Paul in 2015- he knew exactly who I was, what property I was wanting to sell, and had all of the information on my home. As Paul and I were discussing listing the home for sale, he actually knew of someone looking to puchase. He handled EVERYTHING from there! Here I am, 5 weeks later with the proceeds from the sale of my house in hand. Paul arranged the buyer to see the home, set up the appraisal, handled ALL of the closing process. I simply singed papers and received my check! Paul is an extremely pleasant, knowledgable, and honest guy!
