He listed my home for sale, gave me excellent advice on getting my home ready for viewing and kept continuous contact with me thru a showing period that spanned 3 HOLIDAY periods. He represented me very well thru contract negotations and closing when my home sold. Right now Ben is working hard finding the right home for me. He is doing a wonderful job getting homes to view and then quickly getting offers submitted when I want to. Right now we are searching 9 zip codes for my right home and I am a square peg looking for a square hole BUT, I'm not the only square hole out there! He has always had me inside a home to view within 24 to 48 hours after the home hit the internet and frequently BEFORE a home was listed on the internet! I would recommend Ben to anyone.
