Paul always kept us I the loop with the activity on all of the social media outlets. He was prepared at our first meeting with comps of homes in our area but was very aware how in many ways ours stood above the rest and took that into consideration when pricing our home in todays market. We did not know Paul prior to meeting him during a random showing, but from the moment we first spoke with him, we felt very comfortable given his calm, patient demeanor and clearly apparent experience and expertise. Throughout our home search, Paul was very responsive, always available, checking in periodically without pressure, and very respectful our concerns and questions (even the most basic). After showing us a number of homes across a broad search area, we found one we really loved but was priced substantially ($100k) above our planned budget. Paul proved very knowledgeable about 'true' market values and helped us guide us through our initial offer and the tough, long negotiations that followed. Again, his patience and 'looking out for our best interests' was apparent. Much to Paul's credit, we eventually settled at great price for the home we loved and couldn't be happier. ZillowVERIFIED Paul Madey went above and beyond my expectations of a real estate agent. I started looking for my first home over spring break when I had a week off from teaching. The process was slow at first because I did not have a good idea of what I was looking for and did not have much time to look once school was back in session. Paul was very patient and brought me to look at many types of houses and townhouses that I asked to see. Within a short amount of time, Paul got to know me and seemed to know what I was looking for in a house even better than I knew myself. He would inspect the houses with me as we went along and pointed out the positives as well as the negatives. He never made me feel rushed in picking out the perfect house. A few months passed between spring break and the end of the school year, during which time I did not much free time to go house hunting. Once I finally found the perfect house near the end of the summer and decided to make an offer on it, I ran into a few issues after inspection with the existing roof and the house ended up having higher than normal radon levels. Paul was quick to step in and make sure that several roofing companies came out to give estimates so that I could get the best deal possible. Paul went out to meet the contractors at the house even when I was not able to make it. He also helped me negotiate so that the seller paid for the new roof, the radon mitigation system, a home warranty, and provided for some of the closing costs! Paul definitely made my first home-buying experience a positive one. I'm not sure what I would have done without him. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Paul Madey to anyone that is looking for a new place or that needs to sell their existing house. Hes a great guy and a very hardworking and loyal realtor. You wont be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED I listed my house for sale with Paul, and in March, 2011 I received a contract. After many extensions and issues with the buyer their mortgage company decided not to give them a loan, the day we were suppose to close. The buyers agent threw up his hands and walked away, but not Paul. He quickly stepped in and found a new loan officer for the buyer and put the contract back on track. I'm happy to say my house is now sold. Paul was a life saver; our house never would have sold if it hadnt been for him.
