So we decided to set up a meeting with Paul. We chose Paul as our realtor because he was very high energy, aggressive, knowledgeable, experienced, passionate and he had a plan. He assessed our house and we agreed on the work needed to make our house sparkle and to sell for top dollar. Paul did all the leg work when it came to getting comps, marketing materials, setting up inspections and disclosure paper work. We ended up with two open houses (Sat & Sun) and had offers by Tuesday.
