Education: Attended Seton Hall University from 1981 to 1983. Graduated from Kean College in 1985. In 1987 completed the New Jersey Real Estate Broker's Course.Activities: Played college baseball from 1981 to 1984 Experience: In 1983, at the age of 20, I began selling real estate for ERA Suburb Realty Agency. I have qualified for the Million Dollar Club 1985; 1987; 1989 and 1990. I sold over 6 million in 1988, 1991, 1993, & 1994 and over 10 million in 1995, 1996, 1997 & 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009,2013,2014,2015,2016.Mortgages: I have a good working knowledge of all types of financing, including Conventional, FHA & VA loans.Property Management: I co-own 16 properties, which I help manage.Relocation: Over the years I have worked successfully for Homequity, Equitable Relocation, Relocation Resources, Forward Mobility and Fisher-Horner Associates.Summary: I feel I have an excellent background for real estate. I am very active listing agent , as well as salesperson. I feel very confident that we could work very well together. I was born and raised in Scotch Plains and still reside here with my wife & 3 children. Our office has been in business for over 46 years in the Scotch Plains-Fanwood area.
