ZillowVERIFIED Who you work with matters!!! We HIGHLY recommend Paul when looking for a realtor. We are a military family that got transferred to Miami. We didn?t know the area so we leaned on Paul to lead us to the best neighborhood where he previewed many houses on our behalf. In this tough housing market, his professionalism is what got our offer accepted. He always answers the phone and was always quick to respond to all of our questions.

ZillowVERIFIED In a market so competitive and so insane as South Florida, Paul guided us for almost four months until we landed in our dream home. Showing a home is easy, but putting experience to sift the good from the bad is another story. He has that sixth sense of telling the truth right away to avoid any money pit. But what makes Paul really special is how he bonds with his clients. He serves you as a realtor, consultor, and yes, sometimes as a psychiatrist. He was always there to solve all the hurdles and bumps along the road. Every piece of advice from him was always on point and grounded on market experience. His market knowledge saved us time and money at the end of our home buying journey. We dont have enough words to express our gratitude for his service and how lucky we were to have Paul by our side.

ZillowVERIFIED Not just a realtor, but he becomes a friend in the process. This was my first experience in home buying. I saw a place that I liked and he recommended I offered a certain amount over the appraised value. I wanted to do a lower amount but he assured me that the amount he mentioned would help us stand out. And he was 100% correct. That?s how I stood out and was able to purchase my first home. I?m forever grateful with him and the patience he had with me. I highly recommend Paul as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I werent quite ready to purchase yet. However, Paul made time for us and gave us a glimpse of the availability out in the market. Knowing that we were not active buyers, Paul still made the effort to schedule showings and provide us with information to prepare for a purchase later this year. Thank you Paul for your hard work!

He has made himself available throughout the pandemic to help me find a home. Hes very thorough, a great negotiator. I bought my house with equity (can you believe that?). If you need to buy a home within a month, Paul is your guy. If you need someone responsive, it is Paul. If you are looking for someone responsive and a great negotiator, again this is Paul. ZillowVERIFIED As first-time home buyers, we were overwhelmed with advice and recommendations from friends, even the well-known real estate sites seemed to complicate the process even more. Turning to One Path Realty was just what we needed. Paul was a great help at the start of our process. No other site or resource offered the type of attention and service that Paul did. The amount of information and care that was provided through the home buying process was unmatchable. I HIGHLY recommend Paul Kerek from One Path Realty for your next home purchase. Not only did we buy a home, we made a Great Friend. Thank you Paul for Everything. How will we ever repay you.
