I never felt pressured to put in an offer (we looked for a year!) or to put in an offer higher than what I was comfortable with. He walked through all the houses with me and told me potential problems, even telling me I shouldn?t buy this house or offer over X amount. He made it easy to view homes by working around my work schedule and setting up all home inspection appointments so all I had to do was show up. ZillowVERIFIED It started last summer, we were looking for a smaller single level home In a certain area. Kerr team Real Estate had a sign in the yard open House every day call this #. I called it and Wally answered, he told me he would send an agent close to me over. Paul answered the call. We soon found Paul to be very detailed in all he does and says. Paul has that critical eye, as he walked us through many homes he pointed out faults and good points about that house (foundation & wall cracks, windows sagging, Roofing, and so on). Paul is the reason we got a home in the right area and at a good price. Paul stuck with us for at least 9 month, week after week, home after home, He is very knowledgeable, Patient and we count him as a true friend. Then He helped us list (pictures, description and staging) and sell our old 2 story house. Paul has become our friend.

Paul is an excellent realtor and has fantastic knowledge of the area you are looking to buy a home in. He is very easy to get in contact with and very responsive. He does the upmost to make sure you can view a home when you need to regardless if his day is already packed full he will still try his best to make time for you. He is also very knowledgeable about houses such as their foundation, if there is movement on the home and it eventually will need piers put in and much more.
