ZillowVERIFIEDKenny was awesome! He was recommended to us by my brother who bought a house with Kenny as their agent. The buying process was a smooth transaction. I learned a lot from Kenny even though this wasn't my first purchase. He explains everything really well. He's got the best connections for inspections, contractors, home lenders, anything that's home related. I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Nico patiently showed me homes in the Sacramento area until we found the perfect home! Coming from the Bay Area, I relied on his wonderful knowledge to find the area that worked best for my lifestyle. As a first time home owner, it was great working with an agent who had a clear understanding of the process and communicated well with the seller's agent and lender to ensure a timely transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris goes above and beyond and never complains or has an excuse. We put him through many different showings and a ton of different documents and everything was faster than I thought. He keeps you in the loop, and coordinates paperwork, inspections, showings; all above a service level I would expect from a realtor.Thank you so much for your help again with the purchase and sale of our old home. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Man I could not be happier with this agents work ethic. I was worried when I first started looking at houses that I would get lost in the pile but this guy kept me updated all the time and always responded to my request. If he didnt have the answer right away, he would go find it for me. On top of that the connections he has in the real estate field have got to be the best. I talked to a few lenders before settling with the guy he recommended and that guy locked me in at a great rate before they jumped up like crazy and pulled off some other tricks that saved me money. Then on top of that he was able to get the seller to pay for a bunch of repairs before I moved in. Thank you Stephen, you literally saved me thousands of dollars. Good luck out there.

ZillowVERIFIED Paul Gallegos recently helped us purchase a home which could not have been done without his amazing help and experience. We had a challenging purchase between selling and buying a home which required the right realtor ( we had to change realtors). Paul knew exactly what we needed to do to write an offer during this challenging market. He helped us structure an offer that was competitive but not too much, guiding us on what was necessary and not. He knows a lot of people in the real estate industry which helped us several times. We felt Paul was not only a great realtor but also a good person who took the time to get to know our family and ask about our lives. Thanks again Paul !

ZillowVERIFIED Paul Gallegos was very collaborative when helping to set things up and provided a clear understanding to any of the documents for this sale.Paul is very easy to work with, and has a great eye for details where repairs or touch ups may need to happen. Has a great team he calls on to help get things ready and they are also very easy to work with.I had worked with Paul before when he helped me buy my current home so felt really comfortable asking him to help sell my rental property. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone who needed a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Paul has stuck with me to keep me informed of potential properties for over a year. When I finally found the condo I have always wanted Paul was there. I called him on a Monday, looked at property on Tuesday and made an offer. With all this Covid -19 going on, the nightmares of being delayed on everything was in my head. But thanks to Paul and his commitment, I closed exactly 30 days later. Everything went smooth as could be. I would definitely use Paul again. You won't be disappointed!!
