ZillowVERIFIED Overall great experience in a weird market and time. He helped with every stage of the process and was readily available to answer questions and keep me informed. He worked well with other realtors and after a price adjustment the house sold more quickly than I had anticipated. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Christina made the process of buying home easy although in its natural course its. She explained everything into detail and was always available when I needed her to look into properties and answer questions. This is not my first time into property purchase but still made sure everything was explained well and understood.

ZillowVERIFIED When we contacted Paul to sell our late Aunt's house, he was extremely familiar with the area. He assured us the house would have no problem selling. We wanted to sell the house as is, without putting any money into it. Even though the first offer fell through, Paul said don't worry the people were asking for a lot of work to be done in the house.A few months later the house sold. I would recommend Paul for anyone interested in looking for property.Thanks.

ZillowVERIFIED Recently bought a house off auction.com Genas first auction property, together we closed in 4 weeks! She was amazing throughout no question. We are currently in renovations on our auction property and we can not wait to move in! Its a amazing property and we are so glad Gena was our helping hand, without her this most likely would not have been possible. Being a auction property its was one of the toughest deals to do. So many details were involved and she was hand in hand helping every one of them.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy Deauseault is very kind, considerate, honest, engaging, and treats you like family. All attributes that significantly reduced the stress of selling the family homestead. Amy worked tirelessly and was always available to immediately respond to every call, email, and text. We have never encountered a more service oriented broker. She risked life and limb to investigate a condemned out building in order to take pictures of the terrain behind it. She also made herself available to accompany the appraiser and visualize the property from his perspective. Amy spent a considerable amount of time addressing all our questions and concerns. She suggested staging tips and took professional photographs making the listing stand out. Amys hard work, extensive knowledge, and diligence paid off. Our home sold on the first day- above the asking price. It couldnt have been a more pleasant experience. You would be hard pressed to find a more dedicated realtor. We highly recommend Amy, without reservation. She is a true professional and genuinely nice person. The Gallagher Real Estate Agency could not have a better individual representing them and making it a best in class operation.

ZillowVERIFIED We gave Paul a tough job; find our dream home and get us in in 2 months. Not only did he accomplish both goals but he knew all the right contacts to help us make this happen. We are thrilled with our new home and know this wouldn't have been possible with out Paul's expertise and commitment to making our dream become a reality.

ZillowVERIFIED Paul possesses a tremendous wealth of knowledge regarding real estate in South Hadley, Holyoke, Chicopee and beyond. He was helpful throughout our entire real estate transaction and made things easier for a couple of out of staters purchasing in Massachusetts for the first time. He even went to bat for us after our real estate transaction was complete helping us close out a problem regarding the condition the previous owners had left our home in. We plan to use Paul in any of our future real estate transactions and recommend that you should as well.

ZillowVERIFIED I knew Paul through my old job, and after having a bad experience with another local realtor, I told Paul my frustrations and he got the ball rolling from there. Not only is Paul knowledgeable and professional, he's also personable and answers any and all questions you may have, while also looking out for you and your best interests. I'd recommend Paul ten-fold to anyone needing a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Paul Gallagher is extremely professional and knowledgeable about all areas of real estate and is very dedicated to his clients. He patiently answered all of our questions and was vigilant , aware, and quick to act when properties came on the market that would be of interest to us. His intelligence and timeliness have made it possible for us to buy two great properties with him and he has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us every step of the way. We have also sold another property with Paul. His persistence found us a buyer and made the deal go through. I do not think it is possible to find a more attentive realtor than Paul. He knows where to find deals and buyers and how to see deals to completion and beyond!
