I will say, he did a good job giving advice about how to prepare the house for sale (decluttering). However, his communication style was abrupt and somewhat condescending throughout the listing and sale process. He was very slow to respond to timely and key questions about final costs and payments on the sale of our house. He was abrupt and rude via text when we couldn't leave the house one time for a showing. Finally, perhaps worst of all, he recommended we list our house for less than we thought we should. We disagreed with him and told him to list it for higher. It sold in less than two weeks for our asking price. I think we ended up okay but not because Paul helped us. We really had to help ourselves through much of the process.

While we were looking at houses Paul shared just the right amount of information on value, immediate neighborhood and his opinion on how each house could be improved. There was no pressure applied on his part; he did a really good job of staying unbiased and open minded. He never discouraged us from looking at any particular house.
