OK, but really: I could not be more grateful for the patience, local and market knowledge, and communication Paul provided during what was close to 8 months of home searching. He was available quickly during a hot market, got offers on the table when best and finals were requested within 48 hours of listings going active, and he was able to connect me to other professionals (lender, real estate attorney) that were also kind, communicative, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Being from out of state originally, and never having handled my own purchase process, I was ignorant. However, Paul advised me kindly and I never felt that he thought of me as such, or that he would in any way use my ignorance against me. ZillowVERIFIED Upon viewing @properties signs over the past few years, we realized the professional design and wording would benefit the sale of our house when the time came for us to relocate. This was further enhanced by the periodic mailings we received showing real estate activity in our area. Upon calling to secure @properties services, we were pleased that Paul Dimmick immediately arranged an appointment to visit and explain the procedures @properties would follow, even during this pandemic period. During this meeting, we felt comfortable with Paul and his personal knowledge of our house and community due to his upbringing in Fox River Grove, riding his bike past our house and attending local schools. When we contracted with @properties, he personally took interest in the photo shoot of the house. The photographer did a wonderful job of displaying the house for advertising purposes in its best light. We admired those photos everytime we received a sales update. His suggestions for staging and changes made when he was actually on the premises for a showing was an added plus. We felt that @properties was on the job 24/7 when we had concerns and received an immediate response. Pauls professionalism and proactive approach made us feel secure that the sale of our house was in good hands. As one final thought, the scheduling system kept us on our toes but we always knew when a potential buyer would be in the house and we could schedule appropriately.
