ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Paul for about 2 years to find our forever home. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the houses we viewed. When we finally found our home he guided us through the whole buying process and also the selling side of our previous home. If we ever decided to move again we would definitely go through Paul or his company. I would recommend him to anyone that is lookin to buy or sell their home!

ZillowVERIFIED Paul was fantastic. I do not live in the area where the home was being sold. Paul kept me up to date with changes, helped me navigate pricing as interest rates continued to rise, and was extremely knowledgeable in general. He is very friendly and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend Paul to list/sell your home.

ZillowVERIFIED I am very pleased with the service Paul provided me with when selling our home. From picking a listing price to closing day we were informed of the choices that were available and the pros and cons of each. Also since we were out of state during the last several months of the sale Paul took care of overseeing the property and giving access to inspectors as needed. I highly recommend Paul Cowie for your real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED I was in a complicated mess and Paul was able to help me find a home that was handicap accessible for my mom. The house he found went on the market Monday afternoon and was literally taken back off in less the 24 hours. He is respectful and knowledgeable. He shows you the entire house and doesn?t wait outside for you. He will answer any question he can and if he can?t he will find the answer out and get right back to you. I highly recommend using Paul for any type of real estate!!
