I was surprised. As a retried AF Colonel, I spent a career moving around and was no stranger to buying and selling houses. Paul laid out a successful strategy to prep and sell my house in 7 days. He predicted I'd get multiple offers at a price point beyond what I thought was possible. He helped me prepare for the closing aEUR" installing smoke detectors and finding tradesmen to fix things that had to be addressed before the sale. Paul is a man of his word. He deliveries on what he says. He is very personable and easy to talk with on most any subject. His knowledge of the real estate market and trends is amazing. If you are looking for a great realtor, who is knowledgeable, works hard and gets the deal done, look no further than Paul Conti. Paul is an incredible Realtor. He handled both the selling and buying of our homes in Burlington. From the moment he saw our home all the way through us moving into our new home, he was helpful, responsible, and comprehensive with all of our needs as a buyer and seller. He provided a thorough analysis of our home and helped negotiate a fair deal for both of our transactions. Paul does well everything you expect a Realtor to do, and he does it with complete professionalism, honesty and care (as if it was his own home he was selling). What is most impressive is that it doesn't stop there - Paul goes above and beyond throughout the entire process. In selling our home, for no extra cost, he brought in a stager and created floor plans to ensure we sold our home for top dollar. He work tirelessly to make sure our house was shown often for open houses and private showings, He even went to our home multiple times to take care of our dog, while we were at work, so potential buyers could view our house. Once we were under contract, he took it upon himself to schedule and be available for the home inspection, fire inspection, and the last water bill reading. Paul, even went so far as to help the seller of our new home (how was not his client) move furniture out of the house, so the closing on the new home would be as smooth as possible. We highly recommend Paul, without any reservation. He sold our home quickly and made the experience quite painless.
