We looked at many, many, different ways to make an offer enticing and be competitive beyond mere price, and we finally landed our perfect home, in our perfect neighborhood, within our budget. I was selling a property and purchasing another simultaneously and ironically the buyer of my home was in the same position. Paul navigated all issues in this complicated transaction to insure I was not displaced after the sale of my home. He worked diligently with all parties including the lenders to coordinate multiple closings on the same to to make it as smooth as possible. During intense negotiations Paul's calming professional demeanor was paramount to a successful transaction. I would not hesitate to use Paul on my next transaction.
