During these trying times of dealing with COVID concerns plus the fact that the market in our local area is extremely competitive and houses are hard to find and when you do, they go extremely quickly and often are over bid, Paul was exceptional at thinking out of the box. We looked at many, many, different ways to make an offer enticing and be competitive beyond mere price, and we finally landed our perfect home, in our perfect neighborhood, within our budget.
