Pauly paul is a persistent real-estate agent. The first time we talked was over 6-months before my wife and I purchased a house with him. Even though we werent financially ready to buy a home, he would follow up every month, send us updates on what interested us, and even let us know about opportunities he thought were great opportunities for when we were ready.
