ZillowVERIFIED Paul is very professional and very knowledgeable. Paul worked very hard to close deal on the house we were selling, secure deal on new one. Paul's great about giving you all the info you need to make decision, doesn't try to sell you on one your not interested in. Super nice guy too!

ZillowVERIFIED Paul had everything under control from our first meeting until closing. The whole process was very smooth thanks to Paul staying on top of all the details, and communicating whenever needed. I have used Paul's services in the past and will continue to in the future. Great job!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Paul helped us sell a home/purchase another. His superior marketing gained us $15,000 more in sales price than his initial marketing estimate/ suggested pricing. It sold in days, in a multiple offer situation. He aptly explained each offer and prepared net sheets so it was easy to see the pros/cons of each offer. Paul is definitely a Real Estate pro and exceeded our every expectation throughout the process. He delivers!

ZillowVERIFIED Paul helped me buy and sell a home. I have bought and sold 12 homes in Dallas and Plano and Paul Bush is my favorite realtor by far. First of all.. he listens to what I want in a new home. I cannot tell you how many realtors listen to what I want and then show me what they want to show me. Second, Paul is a FANTASTIC negotiator. He knows all the details of every contract and can quickly tell me what can and cannot be negotiated. Finally.. his process expertise is flawless. I can electronically sign everything and know about every change or modification to a contract. Paul Bush is the realtor to use in my opinion in the DFW area.
