We had some homes we wanted to look at, Paul added some. The home we bought was one he found for us! He is SO quick to answer texts or phone messages. Whatever questions I had, he either had the answer, or got one quickly. He is knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and SO helpful. If there was a higher rating, Id give him that.

Paul's knowledge, ideas, and methods for trying to get the house sold were immediately a huge improvement over our prior experiance and the reason we selected Paul. We've unfortunately had one deal fall through due to buyer default, but Paul's profesionalism and knowledge definitely helped make the best of a crummy situation. I did not have him as a Five Star for "Process Expertise" and "Negotiation Skills" as a result of limited experience. He did nothing wrong in these areas, but there is room for improvement that time and experience will afford. I believe in honesty and it would be remiss of me not to mention this.
