ZillowVERIFIED I interviewed 5 agents when I put my house up for sale, only one, Paul Ambrogio, arrived without preconceived market analysis. The other 4 came in with their suggested asking price and marketing plan in hand upon arrival, they did not even look through my house. Paul, on the other hand arrived fully prepared to inspect my house before suggesting a selling price. Paul listed the house for 15K more than the other agents and he sold it to the first prospective buyers. Paul negotiated a price higher than expected and kept the process moving forward at all times. We also used Paul to purchase our new home, he was so knowledgeable of the area that finding the correct house was a breeze. Paul also negotiated the price of the new house and was able to get a better price than we had thought was possible. Paul always responded to our queries within a very short period of time, kept us informed at all times and was a real pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Paul did a fine job bringing in prospective buyers in an otherwise bleak market. Got our house under contract before other similar homes. His knowledge of local market was an asset and always was able to answer my questions. Coordinated open houses with other neighborhood listings to bring in a larger crowd. We were first-time sellers and he helped us through the process. He lost points with some snafus with scheduling showings and didn't always respond in a timely manner, but overall Paul did a great job for us.
