Even though she had a planned busy schedule, she took the time to video a walk through of a property and take detailed pictures. She did this without even questioning whether the clients were serious. Her service level and attention to detail only got better, and the clients are now enjoying their dream home. I am one of those clients. Patty went over and above to assist mortgage brokers, real estate agents and title companies for two properties to get the closing accomplished.
