ZillowVERIFIEDSelling a home in todays market is no small task, but ZoA<< Zamora made the entire process feel seamless. From start to finish, ZoA<< went above and beyondaEUR"her professionalism, communication, and tireless work ethic were outstanding. She guided us with wisdom through every challenge of a tough real estate market and consistently kept our best interests at heart. ZoA<< is not only knowledgeable and strategic, but also incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. We always felt supported and informed, and her ability to negotiate and problem-solve gave us confidence every step of the way. I also want to highlight her broker, Patty Turner, and the Turner Group Agency. The level of expertise, teamwork, and integrity they bring is unmatched. Patty Turner is by far the best realtor we've ever worked with! She is easy to talk to and truly listens to our requests and concerns. Patty and her team at Keller Williams Rockwall were professional, courteous, and incredibly responsive. They went above and beyond to guide us through both the selling and buying process. The hiccups with inspections and other parties were handled seamlessly, as if they never happened. We highly recommend Patty for anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED I have had many Real Estate agents in the past that I would say were good. But NONE have been as good as Jennifer. She is one of the most knowledgeable agents I have ever had. She was with us every step of the way while dealing with the builders building our home. She went way above and beyond. I have never had an agent drive an hour away just to sit through signing!

ZillowVERIFIED A simply amazing professional offering everything you could want in an agent. We have done three purchases/sales with her, and were referred by a friend that had done three or four. Her expertise in the Rockwall area is a real asset if you are moving from another area, but we in turn asked her to rep us in North Dallas (35 miles away) and saw absolutely no falloff in the service provided. Having lived in the Chicago and New York areas previously, Patty is the best agent we have ever had, by far.

ZillowVERIFIED This team is amazing. I had the wonderful opportunity to have Kelly Wicker as our realtor, and let me tell you she made it so easy and enjoyable for us as first time home buyers. She really took her time to explain EVERY little thing to us that comes with buying a house, and you know that is A LOT to go through. She worked on our side the whole entire time our house was being built and she really put all her time and dedication into making sure everything was going according to plan (as much as you can with a new build) We really enjoyed our time purchasing and building a house with Kelly, and honestly as stressful as it was at times she was always there and we are going to miss this buying experience! You will not go wrong with this team!

ZillowVERIFIED When my husband and I wanted to find a realtor, we didn't have to look far. We saw Patty Turner signs everywhere and now we know why. You can't bottle or replicate Patty's depth of knowledge in real estate. She is the real deal. She is super personable, down to earth, yet very professional. And even answers and returns your calls (no passing you off or answering service). Moving is no fun, but if you listen to her and take her advise, you will be glad you did.

ZillowVERIFIED Patty sold our home 4 years ago in less than a week. The process went smoothly & efficiently. We recently contracted with her to sell my elderly mother-in-laws and father-in-laws home and received an offer in one day. Before we could close, they both passed away within 9 days of each other. She helped us navigate through the probate process of the estate so that we could still close on the home. Her knowledge of the housing market is up-to-date and thorough and her staff is helpful and professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Patty helped my husband and I purchase our property in 2010 and, in 2018 she helped us to sell. She gave us solid advice in preparing our home and, once we had an offer, she and her staff maintained contact with us to guide, keep us up-to-date and on track as we moved towards closing. I would highly recommend Patty to anyone, buying or selling. She is the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is amazing. We had to move fast to avoid paying another month at month-to-month rent at our old place. Jennifer was able to find our place, negotiate the right price, and help us connect with Stephanie Johnson for our mortgage. Jennifer and her team work weekends, holidays, and into the even hours to get everything completed. We offered on the house on labor day weekend and closed exactly 30 days later. Jennifer never left our side and was always available either via phone, text, or email. The best day was when we were at the title company signing for our first home. Thank you, Jennifer.

ZillowVERIFIED Patty and her team sold my home and the whole experience went very smoothly. Patty is experienced and knowledgeable, with a great eye for making a house look just right for the photographs. She helped to make my house look beautiful just by re-arranging the things that were already there. There were numerous showings and the house sold quickly. Patty and her team were delightful to work with from start to finish, always in communication and letting me know what was happening. They made me feel like a friend rather than a client. I will not hesitate to use them again if I have to sell another house.

ZillowVERIFIED Listing your home for sale AND purchasing a new home can be one of the most stressful times. Having someone like Patty Turner to walk with us through that process was essential. I cannot recommend Patty and her staff highly enough. She is extremely knowledgable and experienced in real estate and she is able to share that information with you WITHOUT talking down to you or making you feel stupid.I know that if I ever had any question going through the buying and selling of our homes I could call Patty to talk about it. Either she or one of her staff would quickly get back with me. Buying & selling a home is not something most people do on a regular basis but it's something Patty & her staff deal with everyday. Even though they understand the ins & outs of real estate they are very mindful that the client doesn't deal with these issues everyday and I believe are sensitive to address those needs. On the sale of our home she knew exactly where to price the home and what we needed to do to get it ready to sell. She could have been very critical about the things we needed to change but was able to do so in a very gentle but honest way about what a homebuyer would be looking for. Her analysis of what we should list the home was less than what I was hoping for but I trusted her judgment and we ended up with multiple offers. Eventually the house sold in just a few days for more than the asking price. I hope it's several years before we have to sell/purchase a home again BUT when that time comes there is no doubt we will ask Patty Turner to help us walk through that situation again. I don't know how we would have gone through this stressful time with any other realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We are so thankful we chose Patty Turner as our realtor for our recent move. Everything happened very quickly. We first contacted Patty in mid February to begin looking for a new home, and within a few days we found just what we were looking for. Patty was wonderful about helping us get the home we were living in ready to list. She recommended excellent painters and was practical about what needed to be completed prior to trying to sell our house. Our house had multiple offers within a few days, and Patty was a wonderful negotiator. We felt comfortable throughout the entire process because of her expertise and help along the way. She and her team were thorough and available when we had questions. Here we are, six weeks later, and we are getting settled in our new place and cannot thank Patty and her group enough for all that they did to help us find and move to our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Vickie helped me purchase a property in Rockwall, Texas while I was still living out of state. She viewed numerous properties for me and used FaceTime to allow me to view the properties from out of state. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local area and she worked very hard to find the perfect home that met all of my requirements. Once we went under contract, she handled all of the inspection appointments and even met with contractors that I had hired to do work prior to my move-in. She went above and beyond and I recommend her as a realtor without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda was such a blessing to work with! When we were finally ready to buy a new home I knew Keller- Williams was the right place to start and working with Amanda only proved this point to be true. From the beginning Amanda made the whole process so easy and streamline. We had a new baby on the way so time was of the utmost importance! Most of the time she was calling or sending me an email with the "next steps" before I even thought to ask. We weren't quite sure exactly where to look for a new home or how to narrow down our search but Amanda was fantastic at listening to what he had to say and cyphering through to what we were really looking for. We are truly grateful for her guidance and industry knowledge during what could have been a very stressful time! We would highly recommend Mrs. McBride for any of our friends in the market for a new home and will be using her for our next purchase some day!

ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to Amanda when I needed to find a new place as quickly as possible. Due to a few obstacles with appraisals/lenders, one could say she succeeded in finding me a new home three times. I've worked with a few agents over the years, and she's the only one I've recommend to friends/family or written a review for. She was always available and quick to respond to my 1am emails. Amanda met me at my new house to drop the keys off after a brief lease back period and I found that the previous owners had failed to clean up and leave the house the way it was when I'd done the final walk through. After the seller's agent failed to convince them to come back and pick up all the crop they'd left, Amanda offered to do it herself. I refused, opting to pay for a cleaning crew, which she then offered to pay for, which I also refused. As far as I'm concerned, it was in no way her fault. This is just one of the examples of when she went above & beyond what I'd expect from any agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Patty did a great job in meeting our needs. We were selling raw land rather than a residence. Prior to hiring her, she took the time to go out in the country and look at our property. She then gave us her view of what our property should be listed for as well as she provided comps for the area (all of this without having been hired yet). Once we hired Patty and her team, it took less than 30 days for her to sell our property at market value. I will use Patty and her team again if I have the opportunity.
