ZillowVERIFIEDPatty was absolutely incredible from start to finish! She made the entire selling process so much easier than we expected. She personally came out and took beautiful photos of our home, got it listed quickly, and thanks to her hard work and expertise, our house sold within just one day. Throughout the entire process, Patty was always communicative, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. She was always available to answer our questions, offer guidance, and make sure everything stayed on track. She went above and beyond to help us through every part of the process, and we truly felt like she had our best interests at heart. If youre looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about her clients, I cant recommend Patty enough. We are so grateful for everything she did for our family and would absolutely work with her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Patty pulled off the miracle of all miracles and was able to get my husband and I our dream home. She was knowledgeable about loan options for our circumstance, and put me in touch with a great lender right away. She quickly got our current house listed for sale and facilitated open houses and showings often. She was on top of communication and never left anything up for question. She also has great connections with everyone involved in the home selling and buying process I.e., inspectors, electricians, lenders, etc. Without her, I know we wouldnt be in our dream house today and we are so grateful! I would recommend Patty Scarlett to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.

ZillowVERIFIED Patty Scarlet is nothing short of AMAZING! I was selected to spearhead the sale of my family's 78 acre farm in Cass County, NE. The farm was collectively owned by 7 total family members including myself- none of which reside in Nebraska, or together for that matter. With various locations, goals and expectations amongst the sellers, this was no simple task- especially for the Realtor, Patty. My Aunt and Uncle had previously met Patty, and were very impressed with her knowledge and tenacity. They introduced me to here shortly thereafter. I was captivated by her on our first call. She shared valuable information and coached me in matters I was not familiar with. We had to delay the listing due to a family member having to complete the probate process. Patty kept open communication with me throughout that time and exercised patience while still fielding my many questions. We were already aware of the value per an appraisal that had been recently done. When we were ready to list, Patty was able to pinpoint a listing price that satisfied all of the parties, and procured 3 potential buyers withing 48 hours of our listing. All of the offers were above asking!Patty's negotiating skills were on point. This was a very convoluted transaction involving multiple 1031 exchanges and many unexpected occurrences and details. She was more than composed during the entire process, and eased my worries and nerves when I needed it (multiple times lol). The transaction closed as plan, and went very smoothly. I attribute that to the great relationships that Patty develops with everyone she deals with. She's got great "people skills" and is as genuine as they come. I always felt confident in her efforts and abilities, and wouldn't hesitate to use her services again. I HIGHLY recommend Patty Scarlet for your Real Estate Professional needs. I'm extremely grateful we were fortunate enough to have her as our agent!

ZillowVERIFIED We couldn't have asked for a better real estate professional than Patty!!! From the moment we listed with her, she went above and beyond to see to it that we had everything in order and to make sure we understood all the legal jargon that went along with it. She would even meet at his place of work to get the ball rolling. It took less than 2 weeks to have an offer and a month after that, we had the check in our hands. We can't thank you enough Patty!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Patty listed my house on 3/30/16 and it was all over on 4/2/16! I did not expect it to happen so fast. She picked up my signed contract the afternoon of 30th and photos were all over the internet a couple of hours later and she had showings the same day. One of the most motivated, nicest and professional woman I have met. She knows everyone in Cass County being a hometown girl and gets things done. Thank You Patty!

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Patty is the RIGHT person to get the job done!! In her 20+ years she has picked up a more than few tips; she is sure to share these with her sellers so they know what needs to be done to get their property sold. Patty was confident and in control when things got a little stressful (as they sometimes do) & weren't going as easy as we hoped. Patty knew we needed reassured & she was quick to help us - I loved hearing the words "don't you worry, just let me do my job and everything will be fine." It most certainly was! Her access to local and cost effective resources is tremendous - she knows everyone! I trust Patty's instincts and her judgement; I will always have her as MY realtor and I recommend her to everyone who asks!
