ZillowVERIFIED Patty has been, without doubt, the best real estate professional Ive worked with. She is not only good at her job, she is principled. I had a particularly difficult real estate transaction and she was amazing helping me deal with it through to the completion of the purchase of my new home. I can whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in her area. Thank you, Patty, for all your hard work and dedication to assist your clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Patty is amazing, she isn?t in to ?sale? you a house her goal is to find you your dream ?home ?. She was patient with my questions and as a first time home owner I had a lot! She was also very honest about homes that might not be the bang for my buck. She walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable and we did indeed find my dream home. I enjoyed working with her so much I also recommended her to my brother and parents who worked with her as well

ZillowVERIFIED Shes great! Works hard a late hours for you. Very personable and you can definitely trust her opinion. We requested to look at a few different homes she would explain to us that some of these homes are not what we are looking for really but we looked at them still she was very helpful. And as soon as we walked in that home was definitely not for us. She was 100% correct and now we definitely value her opinions. She is very good about getting back with. Communicates very well in any way thats best for you email, text and by phone. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, we feel extremely blessed to have worked with Patty. From the minute we met her, it was clear she was passionate about working with us to find the right home. We were shown multiple homes, she made many suggestions, and listened to our needs. She was always available, responded in a timely manner, and was very easy and enjoyable to talk with. The process was very stress free. She kept us focused on priorities, time lines and educated us along the way and as a result we had a very successful home purchase. She is very resourceful, knowledgeable, responsive and exercised great negotiation skills. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and we cannot say enough good about her. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED She is my buyer agent. I was skeptical on my closing day because the seller delayed their fixing part due to the Covid ( I know its just an excuse). I wish I am waiting everything fixed as a contract said and closing. She said it is ok there is an invoice to show the seller paid to fix the broken windows, so I purchased the house. After 4 months, the windows are fixed , but just the bottom panel window fixed and the top broken panel still broken. I asked her as my buyer agent to help me to solve this matter. She told me after the purchased, this is the dispute between buyer and seller. I am not happy at all.

ZillowVERIFIED It was my first time looking into buying a home. I was pretty clueless about the whole process and Patty helped me immensely. She was the third realtor that I spoke with and I decided she would be the best fit, for me. She was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. You spend a decent amount of time with your realtor, in my case we looked at 30ish houses, and you get to know them. She made the whole process enjoyable and fun. I really enjoyed how down to earth she is. I would highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Patty is motivated to help people instead of profits, and will truly listen to what you have to say. She doesnt pretend to know everything, but will get a true answer to any of your questions. If you want someone who isnt just there for a paycheck, give her a call.

ZillowVERIFIED Patty was amazing. We were very indecisive on a place, however, Patty had no problem with us changing our minds at the very last second. There were a few bumps in the road, after choosing our home, but Patty kept reassuring the outcome we wanted, would happen. We never seemed to bother her with our multiple questions. She always responded to our calls and texts in a timely manor. I would say we would definitely use her again, but I believe she got us in our dream home, so I will say I would definitely recommend her to anyone else. Thank you, Patty!!
