Patti and Carol helped us buy our first home in Michigan many years ago and it was a very smooth experience from going to showings, to putting an offer and finally closing on the house. They also helped us out with giving us recommendations of local businesses for various home related services. Our most recent experience of selling the house was equally hassle free. Patti has her fingers on the pulse of the market and she knows what the best price is and the best timing to put a house on the market. we put our house on the market on a friday afternoon and had close to 50 showings over the weekend and several offers by sunday evening. We basically sold our house over a weekend. In addition, the firm is also very tech savy and almost everything gets signed via e docs, Tami is a wonderful coordinator and made the complicated process very easy; she is always available to answer questions and guide us through the complex set of documents. Others may claim they sold more units in the last year, but most of those are not in Northville and definitely not at our price point.
