I would highly recommend Patti Gregory. My parents both passed away within seven months and my sisters and I had to sell our family home quickly as I was living there temporarily but was going to have to relocate to Missouri within a few weeks. Patti not only was extremely professional and aggressive with the sale but was also kind and understanding of our situation. There were a lot of 'chefs in the kitchen' with the trust and family and she was a consummate communicator letting us know what was going on each step of the way. Patti listed my family home after the death of my father during a highly emotional time. As trustee of the estate, I was concerned because the house had a reverse mortgage and was a trust sale, she walked me through it with the help of her whole team. Patti was always considerate of our feelings and was so helpful through not only the sale process, but through the emotions of selling the house that had been our family home for 57 years. The house sold quickly and we even had multiple offers. Patti is a real estate rock star! I would recommend Patti to anyone who has to go through a trust sale, or work with a reverse mortgage. My experience with patti was long and hard, but she helped me every bit ofthe way! I looked for a home for about a year and a half and was always up to date with getting me new listings right away. She was very efficient with submitting offers and working alongside my lender.
