We ended up buying the first house we looked at, after looking around at several comparables in one day and she expertly advised us on what to offer to get our offer accepted in a multi-bid scenario. We closed 10 days early during the thick of COVID-19 pandemic largely because we used Patti's recommendations of banker and title company. I have watched other closings fall through because if this, but Patti will have nothing but the best for her clients. I always felt well taken care of and never felt rushed, despite the speed with which we were able to offer and close.TLDR: HIGHLY Recommend.
