Patti is amazing! She was super patient with me while Ill looked at tons of houses and put in multiple offers. She knows the area well and was able to get appointments extremely fast. Once an offer was accepted, she was knowledgeable about every aspect, answered all my questions and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Patti was fantastic to work with! She really set the bar high for other real estate professionals in the area. It will be very difficult for the others to measure up. From the moment we reached out to her, to the moment we sold the property, she was superb! We are out of town sellers and she sold a property for us while we werent even there. She kept in daily contact, and sometimes multiple times per day, to keep us informed and help with decisions. She found someone to handle the estate sale, found someone for cleaning, found someone for repairs, found a locksmith, and even went out of her way to disconnect and return Spectrum equipment. She knew the process well and helped us process multiple offers. Wed recommend Patti to anybody looking for a knowledgable, ethical real estate professional who really cares. My wife and I really appreciate her and all she did to help us with this sale!
