ZillowVERIFIEDPatti was so helpful and thoughtful in the sale of our home. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and partner getting our home ready to sell. She was confident and open to suggestions as we navigated our first sale. We closed much faster then expected and felt part of the process without having to dive into the details as she handled handled everything for us. Highly suggest!

ZillowVERIFIED We really enjoyed working with Patti selling our aunt's house which needed a lot of work. She moved quickly helping clear out the house since we live so far away. She handled everything with grace and ease. She was able to sell the house with an all cash offer over asking price before it hit the market!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Patti when she helped us sell our old home and when we bought a new home. Our experience of working with her throughout the process was absolutely excellent. Patti is prompt in responding to questions big and small. She follows up on every single issue and concern. She is extremely capable, reliable and has years and years of experience in real estate. She was able to get us a competitive offer on our home off market. She kept in touch with us throughout the process and alleviated our anxiety of selling a home when we had to travel out of the country, just as our home was put on the market. We were also able to find and buy a new home that met our expectations with Pattis assistance. It was our absolute pleasure working with Patti and we definitely recommend her highly.

ZillowVERIFIED We met with Patti for advice on whether or not we should sell our home. She took her time to explain the process and the Compass concierge service which is great as we would have needed that. We really dont want to sell our house and Patti suggested a few other avenues to explore to keep our home. That is the sign of a true professional that she advised us and ended up not listing our house and making a commission. We highly recommend Patti if you just want to explore your options and receive great market information and professional real estate advice.

ZillowVERIFIED Patti was our outstanding realtor in the sale of my Mom's condo in Mill Valley. I chose her based on her stellar reviews online and I was not disappointed. She was highly responsive, knowledgeable and experienced. She also "heard" me in terms of what was important to me in the sale. She smoothly sailed us through a few last minute bumps in the closing process that could have derailed the process. I cannot give her a higher recommendation. I highly respect her both professionally and personally. Five plus stars

ZillowVERIFIED Patti was the fourth agent we contracted to sell our home. She had the tenacity and grit to stay with us through a very complicated short sale. She has excellent interpersonal skills in managing some difficult personalities along the way. She is a pit bull!: once she sinks her teeth into a deal, she didn't let go until the sale was done.

ZillowVERIFIED Due to a recent injury I was not able to see the condo that IA was interested in buying in person.A IA had to rely on Patti's description and photos. She was 100% accurate. If you're looking for an agent with integrity and easy to work with, Patti is the right person.A In less than a month I was living in my new home and loving it.

ZillowVERIFIED We have been friends with Patti and also have been referring her exceptional real-estate services ever since she was our agent for not only the sale of our home, but also Patti was our agent for the home we purchased as well. Both the sale and the purchase happened at the same time and handled professionally and with no stress for my wife and I.No doubt who we will ask to work with when we are ready to move next time. 5 stars for Patti.

ZillowVERIFIED Patti is a awesome Real Estate Agent, she builds relationships with honesty, integrity and your best interests at heart. We were introduced on the recommendation of a friend and we are so thankful for the introduction. Working with Patti on buying our property in Marin County was a great experience. Her knowledge of the area, based on decades of experience is phenomenal. She worked hard to get us what we wanted and was honest along the way when we were unrealistic or it wasn't right. We trusted her completely and never doubted that she was working on behalf of us. Would not hesitate to recommend Patti, she is great at what she does. She is also a lovely human and a lot of fun too!

ZillowVERIFIED Patti so far exceeded my expectations that it's almost impossible to put into words. This was the first time I've bought a home, and, especially during the pandemic, EVERYTHING was new to me. Patti was there to guide me every step of the way. No sooner did I have a question than she arrived with a wealth of information, a wealth of patience (thank goodness), and absolute honesty and integrity. I never felt pushed, but I did feel supported and even coached as to how to stretch beyond the limits that I set for myself, whether in relation to my capacity to read an inspection report or in relation to what is reasonable in this real estate market to spend on a piece of property. To be honest, it was a transformational experience, not just on the outer level of buying a house, but in terms of recognizing my own strengths and powers of manifestation as well!

ZillowVERIFIED Patti was a wonderful agent for us in so many ways. One major standout is that with Patti you get a team. We needed some repairs - she had people. We needed staging advise - she had people, same with painting, moving, etc. All were very good at what they did and reasonably priced. The overall costs of selling our house was half of what I was told to expect from other agents we interviewed. Her price advise was spot on. Her advertising, response time and general advise were exactly what we needed. The house was in contract in less than a week.

ZillowVERIFIED Patti is great! She recently sold our Novato home and quickly got us a replacement property that suits us perfectly. She is an expert at marketing luxury homes and knows how to deal with experienced buyers and sellers. We could not be more pleased with her attention to detail and friendly, professional approach. We interviewed several professional realtors, and while they all brought something special to the table, Patti was truly unique. Not only does she have an impressive track record and resume, but she also had an excitement and appreciation of our home. I'm sure that excitement was an important factor in getting the house to market and selling it quickly for over our asking price. Her diligence and attention to detail ensured a smooth and quick escrow. I have been involved in many real estate transactions and Patti made this one of the easiest. She has my highest recommendation and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Patti is a rockstaraEUR"truly legendary. I first came to know of her as a buyer years ago when I bid on a property she was selling. The way she marketed that home and drove the bids over asking was amazing. When I wanted to sell my property, I jumped at the chance to partner with her. My intuition was spot on. What was seemingly a straight forward sale turned out to be the most convoluted process imaginable. Pattis resourcefulness and shrewd negotiation skills pulled off an almost impossible feat! Throughout the process she was extremely responsive and proactive. I knew I had a strong agent looking out for my best interest. I am so grateful to have her on my side and highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Patti is a consummate real estate professional with many years of experience and knowledge. She carries herself with with a level of professional dignity, but still comes across as down to earth. The sale of our property ran into some pretty significant speed bumps and Patti dealt with the tension, arguments between multiple parties, and hissy fits with aplomb.I am proud to call Patti a friend at this point and would refer her to anyone needing a good agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Patti sold our home in Tiburon for $4,000,000 on the 1st day it was available. She accomplished that in part by working with us to prepare the house weeks before it went on the market. Her services contacts proved very beneficial in helping make the house shine at reasonable costs. Patti is a great communicator and easy to work with. Her knowledge, style, and experience are fabulous assets that make her stand above other agents. And her people network and local Bay Area real estate market knowledge (what works and what does not work) were keys to our mutual success. We sold our house above asking price quickly while houses around us sat on the market for months (even after multiple price drops) - some are still waiting for a buyer. I was very happy with her and the outcome. I highly recommend Patti to get the results you desire = she delivered for us
