We used The Cason Group for our purchase of a new home as well as the selling of the current home. Nobody knows the Lake Keowee area. and Keowee Key in particular better than The Cason Group.

They made a couple excellent suggestions and said they could sell it now. Melissa showed us a couple houses in the area we wanted to stay in which were on the lake. One was perfect and we bid on it. She helped us get the house. Then they staged our house and we got it on the market very quickly and it sold right away. Gary and Patti helped us with negotiations after the inspection and guided us through all the steps. What an excellent team they are. I?ve had good realtors and mediocre realtors. They are the best. ZillowVERIFIED Knowledge of area and process and a good negotiations. Patti was very responsive when we had questions. They were unable to resolve the issue with the property on my phone app being incorrect. When I tried to locate it on mt phone app, it was not at the proper address. Patti tried to work with someone to resolve the issue. Although it was never correct on my phone app, Patti assured me that the property was being showed and sent me monthly reports showing activists. Patti sold the lot in an adequate amount of time and we got a fair price.
