ZillowVERIFIED She is absolutely amazing, very calm, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly kind. Shes really enthusiastic about her job, she listens attentively, and takes the extra step to help you obtain what youre looking for. She doesnt make you feel like shes trying to make a sale, but actually helps you find what youre looking for, while excited for the hunt just as you are. I would give her more than five stars if the system aloud me to. Thank you.

ZillowVERIFIED Patti was phenomenal to work with. I had such anxiety about selling my house in Cleveland so I could move on from a bad divorce, and Patti was able to set attainable goals for me to get everything Market-ready. When I grew weary of trips down to Cleveland to work on the house and expressed that I was ready to be done dealing with it, she was so understanding. She was knowledgeable of how to price to sell, and even I had only heard stories of houses going under contract within a day, and I was in total shock and awe when it happened to me! The closing process was super easy and quick, she handled everything. I originally was hoping to just break even, but with Patti's help I was able to get enough to clear my debts and set us up for a successful future. I will absolutely be recommending Patti to everyone I know, her work is life changing!

ZillowVERIFIED She is amazing, we do not have one negative thing to say about her, I will be recommending her to anyone and everyone. She was above and beyond our expectations for a realtor. She did not wait days to respond to us if we had a question, she was polite, patient and knew the area very well. She treated us as if we knew her for years not just months.. she found the types of houses we were look with no problems. She did not try to push us into buying a house.

Patti always had our best interest in mind and never steered us the wrong way. She also gave honest reviews, knowledgeable about properties/homes, and she always researched homes we were interested in to have all the facts in hand. If the information wasnt immediately available, she would retrieve it quickly to answer all of our questions. Patti is honestly one of the very best realtors that we have worked with and made buying a home a much easier process. We could always count on her to get us in to view homes quickly. ZillowVERIFIED I want to start by saying how lucky I was to have Patti call me when I first put an interest for a property months ago. My wife and I didnt realize it at the time, but I was contacted by the best real estate agent I couldve hoped for. Patti was honest, patient, kind and understanding every step of the way. Whether we had a question early in the morning or late at night, she was very responsive and spent as much time as we needed without any complaints. My wife and I mentioned several times how we thought it was a good friend that was helping us and not a realtor. We had some disappointing times when an offer wasnt accepted and Patti was always there for encouragement and provided hope to quickly move on. Those were the times when we knew we had an agent that truly wanted to help us and not just make money. When we finally had our offer accepted and closed on our new home, Patti made those moments much more joyful with her genuine excitement for us. I could not recommend a better realtor. Patti is not only incredible at her job, shes a wonderful person and loves helping people. She will not push you to buy anything if it does not fit your needs and makes the entire process extremely easy.

ZillowVERIFIED Patti was great! We started working with her long distance as we began planning our move into the East Tennessee area. She happily put up with our many questions as first time home buyers and drove to several homes to do virtual showings. Once we finally decided to move to the area and continue our search from a rental, she again went above and beyond to help us find the place we wanted. We settled on doing a new build and Patti's previous experience in that field was invaluable. As we got settled into the process she would call from time to time and check in on us. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her and would do so again!

ZillowVERIFIED We really lucked out when we found Patti. We were first time homebuyers but had dealt with other realtors before. Patti was an excellent negotiator, incredibly on the ball, detail oriented and laid-back at the same time. She gave us excellent advice, knew the area well, and helped us find great service providers for our inspection needs. She made sure we always knew what to expect; we never felt confused or out of the loop in the closing process. She was extremely proactive and responsive, and helped us avoid some pitfalls. We actually bought the first house we visited with Patti, it turned out to be a wonderful house and she got it for us at exactly our target price. We had basically no problems along the way. We would give her 10 stars if we could!

ZillowVERIFIED Patti was a wonderful realtor. She was actually not my original realtor but jumped in to help out when my assigned realtor was on vacation. She picked right up where my realtor left off and she made the entire purchase smooth and stress-free. I was an out-of-state buyer so I really had to rely on her knowledge and expertise. Patti did not disappoint. Without hesitation, I would recommend Patti if you are contemplating buying or selling a home in the greater Knoxville area.
