When I first moved here from Montana, I called several agents to help me find an equestrian farm. At that time here were absolutely no specialist working in that field of expertise. I decided to activte my license and begin my business. I was discouraged by my peers when they stated that it would be too difficult to be successful as there would be a limited number of buyers in that field.

The first 6 months I was voted Rookie of the Year selling over 5 million dollars in equestrian farms. Year after year I excelled in my area of specialization and soon became recognized by my peers as the leading specialist in worjing with Country Homes, Estates and Land for Equine Endeavours. I eventually earned the designation of an Accredited Land Consultant, one of only approx 500 nationally.
