Patsy Irvin

Experienced Real Estate Broker licensed in NC and SC since 2003. Broker at Premier South. Her career as a former diplomat has equipped her with the tools necessary to provide excellent care and strong negotiating skills. She has a unique ability to build relationships with her customers and everyone she meets. She is very involved with the community and serves in several Boards in Cleveland and Gaston County. Due to her excellent work with the community, she was appointed by the President of NC Realtors as Chair of the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee of the State of NC in 2022 were she help develop several programs that were implemented throughout the state. She serves on the Risk Management Committee at the estate level since 2023 also appointed by the President of NC Realtors. Chair Diversity Committee at Gaston Association of Realtors in 2020. Chairman of the Board of Carolina Federal Credit Union 2010-2024 Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cleveland County Chamber of Commerce in 2016 and served on their Board for 6 consecutive years. President of Cleveland Industrial Relations Association 2014 Member of the Advisory Board of the MBA Program at Gardner Webb University 2009-2013.
