ReviewWe had such a great experience working with Pat to find our home in New Jersey! Since we were moving from out of state, we relied heavily on Pat to tour homes for us, and he was incredibly responsive, reliable, and thorough throughout the entire process. He always took the time to send us detailed videos and walk through each home as if we were there ourselves, which made the out-of-state home-buying process so much easier. Pat went above and beyond to make sure we found the right home for our family, and we truly appreciated how easy he was to work with from start to finish. We couldnt be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Pat to anyone looking to buy a home!

Review Patryk was recommended to us by another realtor because he worked in the region where we were looking to buy. He made our first time home buying experience so pleasant and easy. I cannot sing his praises enough. He would respond to us anytime day or night. Even once we started contract negotiations and mortgages he was a resource and walked us through everything step by step. If anyone I know needs to buy or sell a house he would be my first and only choice

Review Patryk and I are currently working together and he is unlike other agents that Ive previously worked with. His communication is great and he is extremely quick with scheduling any tours that I request. He also came and gave me a rough idea of the price of my home even though I do not plan on selling in the near future. I will definitely be calling him when the time is right. I highly recommend working with him!

Review My husband and I just purchased a home where he was the sellers agent and not only he took several days to got back to our agent most of the time, he also had no knowledge of what was going on most of the time. Probably really unavailable and uneducated sellers too. My husband had to do so much digging for us to get actual answers. This brought so much frustration and stress on us on what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives. Save yourself the headache and avoid.

Review Patryk was an absolutely amazing realtor from start to finish! I was an out of state seller and he handled everything. I literally had to do nothing but sign some documents. The house sold very fast, less then a week on the market, and Patryk was on top of it every step of the way. Hes very responsive, honest, and professional. I have never met Patryk in person, but would recommend him 200%! Thank you Patryk, for making this so easy for me!

Review Where do I start? Patryk was an amazing realtor to work with, his due diligence and expertise were above no other. When faced with the prospect of moving to a new state for work, one with which I was not familiar. He helped me find communities that fit what I wanted, and his expertise in the area helped make my research easier. Being out of state he worked with me by looking at houses and being my eyes and ears. He was able to find time to talk over the phone despite our timezone differences and was also quick when responding to emails. He made the process simple and straightforward despite the complexities of being out of state. When looking for a house reach out to Patryk!!!

Review Imagine you are house hunting and one morning you wake up a find that the realtor you are working with is also a structural engineer, has great knowledge of local real estate, intelligent enough to advise you on good and bad buys, professional, courteous, friendly and most importantly honest! Would't you think you are still dreaming? That's exactly what happened to me when I was working with Patryk. From the very beginning he knew exactly what we were looking for, and he navigated us through properties while advising what would suit us and what not. His deep knowledge of building structures were very helpful to find flaws early and make decisions. When it came to making an offer, Patryk ran comparisons efficiently and accurately. Our offer was the first and final one for the house that we purchased with him. I was so impressed by his honesty - he only had my best interest in mind, instead of getting bigger commissions. Most of all, he was very professional, always punctual, very responsive and respectful. After our journey was complete, he ended up being more of a family friend then just a professional we received service from. I highly recommend Patryk and wish him all the very best for his career as a realtor. I wish we had more realtors like him.

Review Patryk has been a pleasure to work with from beginning to end and even after closing. He was knowledgeable about the market landscape during the search process. He advised on submitting the strongest offer which was accepted in a notoriously tough market. After offer he helped guide us through the negotiations, referred knowledgeable brokers and attorneys and kept us abreast of next steps and every step of the way. His communication was top notch as he responded to any questions via phone or email, returned calls and even called to check up when things were quiet and in process. Natasha from his office also helped prepare us for closing transitions so that everything went smoothly. All in all an excellent broker and would use again.

Review Patryk was steadfast and relentless all throughout my somewhat unique situation. In July of 2021, I decided to sell and buy in a very difficult market. Patryk fund a buyer at a great price for my old home in Union County and showed me around several homes in my price range in Monmouth County. When I finally found the home I wanted, he guided me through the tenuous process of near-simultaneous closings, which wound up taking place a week apart. From CO's to permits to mortgage and insurance companies, he was a great sounding board and resource and absolutely essential in every step of the process. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a reliable agent to navigate our state's turbulent market. The difference is in the effort and how much he cares for his clients' satisfaction.
