Pat did a great job for us! We are not from the area and we not around for the whole sale of our home in Carlinville, IL. Pat was great, kept us in the loop, and really helped navigate things with us being 8 hrs away. We would recommend Pat to anyone!!

Pat was extremely helpful in this process. This being our first experience buying there were no limits to questions we had but he always had an answer and would find the answer for us. He was always nice and just a joy to work with!

Patrick was well versed in the initial showing of the house and how the process would play out. He was patient and extremely professional. As a first time home buyer, he explained the process very well. Calls, emails and texts were answered promptly. He gave helpful updates as the home buying process was unfolding while keeping everything simple enough to thoroughly understand. Highly, highly recommend him.

Pat was absolutely outstanding in helping us with every aspect of buying and closing on a home! Being first time home buyers, we were unsure about many things involved in the process and Pat immediately made us feel at ease with it. The first day we met he went out of his way to help us get in to see multiple houses with no prior notice. He was always very responsive at all times of the day and evening, even meeting with us multiple times to get into the house that we were wanting to buy so that we felt completely comfortable with our purchase. Pat is very knowledgable about the current local market and went above and beyond between us and the sellers to negotiate a middle ground on the purchase of our first home. I would highly recommend Pat to anyone in the market looking for a new home and we will definitely be using Pat in the future if we ever need to buy or sell a home again!

Pat did an amazing job helping my husband and I finding our new house. He worked diligently and made the whole process so easy and smooth for us. I loved working with him and would definitely highly recommend him to everyone!
