Pros: - Flexibility: We were buying from out-of-state and could only see a few places at a time- Patrick went to showings for us and sent us videos of the places we couldnt see! - Professionalism: We gave him a huge price range and he handled that very well, understanding our priorities for a home. Also, the home we ended up buying wasnt having any showings but he convinced the sellers agent to let us in a day early because we were in town, and we had an accepted offer that same day! - Attention to detail: he pointed out delayed maintenance, neighborhoods, and school considerations we hadnt seen or thought of. We ended up in a different school district than we had initially targeted because of Patricks excellent suggestions and know-how. - Service: the sellers for our new home left a broken window when they left, and Patrick went ABOVE AND BEYOND, getting a quote to have it fixed, handling the scheduling, and even paying for it out of his own pocket when the sellers refused to do so. Cons: - None! If you want to buy a home, talk to Patrick, you wont regret it!

ZillowVERIFIED When I first met Patrick Tumbarello, I had to many questions because I was a first home buyer, he answered all the questions I had and tell me to not hesitate if I have any question also he tell that I can call he sell anytime . He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Patrick would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Patrick also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. When I found out that Patrick worked as a Realtor in the central Indiana area I knew exactly who I would call when my wife and I were ready to find a new home.
