ZillowVERIFIEDWe finally found the right home! Patrick, our agent got our escrow closed in 10 days. This is not an easy thing to do and expedite in 10 days, but Patrick made it happen. He arranged necessary inspections , escrow and final move in cleaning. He worked well with the selling agent as well and it amazingly went without any hiccups. Patrick is confident in his trade. I would recommend him to anyone and I don't say that about all real estate agents. He is, in my book, a good guy.
