My wife and I reached out to Patrick because she knew him from helping her mom, and we were both very, very new to the homebuying process. For many years I wondered if I would ever be able to even own my own home, but Patrick did everything he could to help us out. He walked us through the entire process and was always available to help us when we felt lost or just unsure of what to do next. Patrick is a great realtor. I found Patrick though a realtor matching website. As a first time buyer I had no clue how to start the homeownership process. Patrick patiently answered all of my questions and "held my hand" through the entire process. It went very smoothly even with a competitive market. I intend to use Patrick again for any future real-estate transactions I may have in Columbus and surrounding areas. I genuinely have nothing bad to say.
