ZillowVERIFIEDPatrick was wonderful from the very beginning. Renting my property in Rancho Penasquitos, San Diego, was a daunting task and having Patrick made it so much easier. He was always available to offer advice when needed, and was super flexible, responsive and understanding. He made me feel seen and valued at every step of the way which was not what I expected from the Real Estate world. Best of all hes a genuine and compassionate person who interacts with you in a professional but natural way. It felt like he really had my back. What really stood out was how he worked with me to create timelines centered around my wants, needs and ability. He was willing to adjust these timelines as well in response to any setbacks or just life in general. Preparing my house for rent took a lot of work aEUR" we replaced carpets, painted the whole house OURSELVES, replaced several appliances, and tackled many other projects. Patrick helped find good vendors but most importantly showed appreciation and took the time to acknowledge each milestone along the way. Great guy, quality work and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone you can trust in the real estate market.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Patrick has been such a great experience. From the very first conversation, it was clear how much he truly cares about his clients and the outcomes he delivers for them. This recent closing was a perfect example of what happens when trust, communication, and aligned values come together. Patrick was thoughtful, responsive, and collaborative throughout the entire process, making it easy for our team to step in and support his client with confidence. Were incredibly grateful for the relationship were building and honored to now welcome him as a WeRevive VIP Partner. Partnerships like this are what drive the best results, and were excited for many more opportunities to work together ahead.

ZillowVERIFIED Patrick has served as the property manager for my Rancho San Diego home for the past 2 years. Prior to that he served as the property manager at the same property for my mother for 10+ years. He initially started working for her when he was with his previous company; he ultimately started his own firm and my mom knew to stick with him because he is truly the best realtor and manager in the area. Since Ive taken over and worked with him he has been professional, knowledgeable, timely, and just a good person to bounce ideas off of. Particularly because I no longer live in the area. I fully trust Patrick and have been extremely happy working with him. Couldnt recommend more.

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I rented a home that Pat managed for a short period of time. He was alway extremely professional and responsive. In the time we rented from him, several less than ideal situations came up that were out of anyone s control. He was always quick to act, and up front with us. I found his style to be the perfect balance between dealing directly with the owner and a larger management company. It always felt that he was working equally for us as the renters, as well as for the property owner and that he had both our best interest in mind. I would absolutely rent from him again and if I had a property that needed to be managed, I know I could trust him with it. I m sure his skills as a property manager translates to the other services he provides as well.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been working with Pat for the last 4 years after experiencing a few realtors in the area. Hes my real estate professional of choice. In that time he has helped me buy a home with my significant other, buy an investment condo, sell said condo, and have managed the units when things got super busy at work for me. To say that he is knowledgeable and professional is an understatement. Hes able to sell a place or bring in tenants very quickly b/c of his expertise and knowledge of the area. Ive never had a month without a tenant. When we bought our home a few years ago, when I sold the condo this year, when needs arose managing the property, he is very communicative on the situation, brings many options to the table, and negotiates for the best outcome. I highly recommend Pat - hes truly a superstar of real estate, and I should know.

ZillowVERIFIED We hired Patrick to manage the rental of condo we purchased in San Diego. Patrick had a renter in EIGHT DAYS and and the tenants moved in and settled less than 30 days from day we secured his services. Above all, Patrick knows his stuff and is extremely professional. We could not be happier with our choice of Patrick and MRKT Real Estate.

ZillowVERIFIED 9 years ago, Patrick got us into our new home. It was the best experience we could have asked for. 9 years later, we decided to sell our house, and he helped us get the most for our property. He was spot on with all the numbers and the current market. He made it very easy and was literally a one-stop shop for all of our real estate needs. He is very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and knows what will work best for his clients. We knew 9 years ago, if we ever needed anything in the future, Patrick would be the one we would work with exclusively. Thanks Pat!

ZillowVERIFIED Patrick helped us buy our first home and we couldnt recommend him highly enough. We were complete newbies in the situation and he held our hand through the whole process. We probably asked him a thousand questions and he patiently and kindly answered them all. He really helped make the process as painless as possible and we couldnt be happier with our new home. Will definitely use him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Patrick definitely made it stress-free for my wife and I, as first-time home buyers. We didn t know what to expect going into it, and heard nightmare stories from friends of ours working with other companies and they were stressed out. Luckily, we had Patrick. He knew exactly what was going on in the industry and kept us up-to-date with what was going on in the market. His recommendations were spot on with all the questions we had. No matter what was going on, he was always available and quick to respond. Anything we had questions about, we would call him, and he was always available, no matter what time of the morning or night. We are truly grateful to have been able to work with Patrick.

ZillowVERIFIED Patrick is very knowledge with the housing market in San Diego and was extremely helpful with our first home purchase. He was very responsive throughout the entire process - always calling, texting, or emailing back within 24 hours. Patrick is well connected with local inspectors, lenders, escrow companies, etc - all very useful when you dont have much time looking for one yourself. We highly recommend Patrick and I wouldnt hesitate going back to him in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Pat on the purchase of my second condo. My previous real estate acquisition experiences have been a condo and house (which was sold). Having worked with multiple real estate agents, I would highly recommend Pat - he was very professional with presenting properties. He listened to my concerns and responded to my requests and preferences for the unit. He was also very knowledgable about the market and rental potential. I would gladly work with him again.

ZillowVERIFIED I currently live in France, and managing my property located in San Diego with more than 9500 kms of distance was not very easy. Except if you can find a trustworthy person : who takes charge of all the life of your property holdings, in minute detail, like his own. That is the case, with Patrick OConnor : he manages the advertisements, the tenants and selections, the rents, the repairs, the cleaning, the maintenance ... in short, all the necessary services to maintain my condo in the best possible condition, in order to protect and make my investment grow. He also provides the best advices and the possibility to apply the right and fair rents compared to the market. In constant dialogue with him, we can exchange our ideas to plan the better solutions of management and be professional reactive and honest with our tenants and our local suppliers.I would like to thank very much, Patrick OConnor, who is the perfect partner. I appreciated to entrust my condo to him, when he created his own business : After more than 2 years, I really am a fan of his evolution. Many thanks.

ZillowVERIFIED He has been an excellent Property Manager. Ive used a larger company and was so disappointed in their lack of personal service. Patrick has been just the opposite. He keeps me informed of whats going on, and always has solutions to any problems that come up. Plus he is reasonably priced, and has a group of workmen that are efficient and reasonable too!I definitely recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Patrick is one I will be happy to pass on to anyone about to purchase a new home. Patrick made me feel comfortable the whole way through. He was very attentive to my needs. This is the second home I purchased and I wish I went through Pat the first time. It was seamless from start to finish. Patrick is a great negotiator as well. You will be pleasantly surprised.

ZillowVERIFIED Patrick was personable & professional from the first time we contacted him. He answered every question we had and gave us straight answers. I have recommended only Patrick to anyone I know in the market for a new home, and they all were very happy and Patrick still keeps in touch with us to see how everything is going. He went way above & beyond and I cannot say enough great things about him.
