Patrick has served as the property manager for my Rancho San Diego home for the past 2 years. Prior to that he served as the property manager at the same property for my mother for 10+ years. My family and I rented a home that Pat managed for a short period of time. He was alway extremely professional and responsive. In the time we rented from him, several less than ideal situations came up that were out of anyone s control. He was always quick to act, and up front with us. I found his style to be the perfect balance between dealing directly with the owner and a larger management company. It always felt that he was working equally for us as the renters, as well as for the property owner and that he had both our best interest in mind.
