ZillowVERIFIED Patrick re-listed a home after the prior buyer was not able to obtain financing. We just relocated from out of state and needed to get into a house. The current market is a HOT one and multiple offers. Luckily Patrick showed us the home and helped get us under contract. We were able to close in 2.5 weeks. He was able to help keep the ball rolling and with us to the end. I will use Patrick going forward and refer him to any friends in the future. Hands down great experience.

He always had our best interests first and was honest in all the information he provided even if it wasn't necessarily what we wanted to hear. He is super professional and was always available to answer all of our questions no matter what time of the day! When "The One" came along he acted quickly to complete our offer and kept in constant contact with us during the process all the way to the final day of closing. Patrick is always available 24-7, understanding, personable, extremely patient, compassionate, genuine, humorous, proactive, man the list can go on how amazing Patrick is. What really amaze me about Patrick was that I remember he said: "I just don't want be your realtor, I want to be your friend that even when you buy your home, stay in contact with me" Whoa! are you kidding me! this is rare to find such good and genuine person like Patrick who truly cares about the person first than money in his pocket. He really cares and go out of the way to make things happen for you. When I was in a conflicting situation or have some doubt regarding the house and me getting approved for the loan, Patrick always encourage me and was always positive regarding the outcome. Patrick hands down the best realtor there is. My wife and I love Patrick.
