Patrick went out of his way to share insight relevant to our search and our family, he amazingly made himself available at every hour and promptly returned texts/calls/emails; even following up to let us know there was no news on a certain issue as the case may have been. As we were not local, on many occasions Patrick or his team visited properties for us and took videos which was tremendously helpful. He was incredibly patient with our questions and concerns, no matter how abstract or unusual. ZillowVERIFIED Patrick helped me both sell my last home and purchase the one I live in now. Before listing he made some suggestions of very inexpensive changes to make to the house and also hired an amazing photographer. He had it sold within 10 days and for well over asking full cash offer. He was able to handle the multiple offers we received in a very professional manner and helped us select the best one (which in our case wasn't necessarily the highest monetarily). On the buy side I was thoroughly impressed with his patience and ability to locate properties that fit my criteria. His knowledge of the area to helped us narrow our search to the best towns for our budget and priorities. Then, when we visited houses he pointed out many things that we never would have thought of, like the fact that apple orchards are often contaminated with arsenic. When we found the house that we love, he recognized that it was priced over market value, and used his negotiation skills to help us get it at a fair price, even in a seller's market. Patrick even went as far as using his contacts to help us get additional repair quotes after the home inspection. He takes personal pride in his work, and doesn't think twice about going the extra mile to be sure that his buyers find the house of their dreams for a fair price.
