Patrick Morgan

Patrick Morgan began his real estate career in March of 1995 at Moore and Co. as a Broker Associate. He has continuously worked for his clients specializing in Luxury, Residential, Investor and Distress homes sales. During his career, Patrick has received the Leading Edge Society award with Prudential Real Estate in 2005 and 2008, and was voted and recognized yearly as a Five Star agent from 2010 to 2018 by 5280 Magazine in the Denver Metro area. Staying current in the Denver real estate market is very important to Patrick and to his clients. Therefore, Patrick continues to educated himself about the current markets while being aware of the future markets to advise his clients on what to do with their real estate. Patrick's education has included earning his Certified Residential Specialist designation, Senior Residential Specialist, Short Sale and Foreclosure designation, and Broker Management training. Currently Patrick is a mentor to new agents and loves passing on his knowledge to new agents. Having lived in Denver since 1991, Patrick has gained extensive knowledge of various neighborhoods in the Denver Metro area and surrounding communities. He has worked with many clients in all areas of town to help them from beginning to end of their successful transactions of buying and selling homes. Patrick has built a large referral base of clients and service providers.
