Patrick did an amazing job selling our home in an HOA WHO IS HAVING A MASS EXODUS OUT OF THAT community. There are over 200 houses for sale and in 4 months we had a signed agreement of sale and a closing date. In November this HOA has 203 houses sold and there is still around a new 200 houses still for sale.
