I worked with Pat Logue to buy the beach house in Ocean City that Ive always wanted. Hes lived in Ocean City for years, knows the island and has a lot of helpful contacts. Pat answered all my questions aEUR" and there were many! When I couldnt be there, he videoed walk throughs of the houses He attended settlement for me and I knew I was in good hands. He was always available and often called just to check in. The first day I was in O.C. to see my new house and couldnt get hot water or deal with the aEURoestreamingaEUR?
